In addition to current assignments, Mr. Dunn works with The Oasis Group and other HR outsourcing companies consulting with Employers on Asset Protection and Risk Management strategies associated with HR, Payroll and Employee Benefits.
Prior to shifting to consulting on a full-time basis, Chris worked with Planet Friendly Products, an innovator selling envirnmentally responsible products and BIOTA, a start up in the bottled water industry which introduced the world’s first biodegradable bottle made from PLA, an oil-free resin made from the renewable resource, corn.
Before starting the consultancy, Mr. Dunn was with DS Waters, the largest direct delivery bottled water company in North America (recently formed Joint Venture between the Suntory Water Group and Danone Waters of North America), where he held the position of VP Business Development responsible for managing emerging business sectors.
In this role he oversaw the company's Office Coffee, Water Filtration, Distributor Development, E-Commerce, Outsourced Sales group and National Accounts.
Prior to entering the water business 14 years ago, Mr. Dunn spent a year with a high tech startup venture (VideoCart, Inc.) and 19 years with the Coca-Cola system, 14 of those with the Coca-Cola Company and the last five with Coca-Cola Enterprises. At Coke, he held various positions including directing efforts in business development, strategic planning, franchise development, fountain and vending and sales execution.
Starting in 2001, Mr. Dunn served as Co-Chair of the International Bottled Water Association’s Communication Committee, implementing proactive issue management and 3rd Party alliance building. In 2008 he shifted to managing emerging media for the association through its "Bottled Water Matters" issues site. He is also designated by Water Quality Association as a “Certified Water Specialist” and is Chairman of the Member Services Committee that develops industry training and certifications.
Mr. Dunn received his BA from the University of Denver and in 2002 completed his Executive MBA with honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University, Atlanta, Georgia.
